External evaluation of a French regional EQUAL project
Objectives:
EIESP is responsible for the monitoring and the qualitative evaluation of
the different stages of the FAMME project (carried out in the Haute-Normandie
region).This project is part of the equal opportunities theme of the EQUAL
programme and aims to increase the access for women to stable and qualified
employment. The project aims to develop a discussion on gender stereotyping
and carry out concrete actions with occupational sectors and localities that
seek qualified personnel. The proposed evaluation integrates the 6 main principles
of the CIP(Community Imitative Programme) EQUAL: partnership, thematic approach,
innovation, empowerment, transnationality and mainstreaming
Context:
This project is part of the EQUAL theme 4G "Reconciling family and professional
life" which is part of the equal opportunities thematic area .
Partners:
The project is coordinated by the OPCAREG of the Haute-Normandie region. The
partners are the following: the Francas association of the Eure department,
the Institut National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie, the Maison des Actions
Sociales et Culturelles of the town Tôtes and the regional delegation
for continuing education. In addition there is also a transnational partnership
with UNCEAR in Spain.
Main activities:
The monitoring and evaluation of the EQUAL project are centred on two themes:
- the functioning of the partnership at a regional level
- a monitoring and evaluation of the different actions carried out and also
the concrete solutions put forward
