The Shift to Learning Outcomes: Policies and Practices in Europe (2007-2008)
A comparative study, of which EIESP was a partner, was carried out for CEDEFOP during 2007-2008. The report brought comprehensive attention to learning across the 32 European countries that participated in the 2010 Education and Training Programme. The context for the proposed study was developing and expanding programme lifelong learning, education and training policies on which the Commission and its stakeholders are actively collaborating. The researchers involved in this proposal were closely involved in the research and innovation at the EU and other levels in major aspects of these developments.

The EIESP contribution was led by Jean Gordon and Alain Michel.
The final report is available here.
The Programme was funded by CEDEFOP.
